Keynote speaker - Heidi Grant Halvorson
Heidi Grant Halvorson was the guest keynote speaker and spoke about the benefits of a get better mindset. this session was all about creating a psychological environment where agility and innovation are possible. We need to compare ourselves today to our past as opposed to always comparing ourselves with others - changing the mindset. @joeStoup said it best in this tweet "The Get Better mindset occurs when you compare yourself today to yourself yesterday. Not you against others."
She described the mindset cycle and anxiety being a performance killer.@johnjambrose tweets "Anxiety shrinks processing part of the brain and makes difficult to connect thoughts and comments".  It is time to change your mindset - awareness will help you to shift to "I'm not good at this YET. Mantra for self-development."
